John Fuller's Red Wolf Broadcasting purchases 4 Radio stations from Davidson Media Group

Ledyard, CT - 10/30/15 - R. Wolf Broadcast, Corp. announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase four Davidson Media Group stations including WKKB "Latina 100.3" Providence, WSPR "Power 1270" and WACM 1490 AM Springfield, as well as WXCT 990 AM Hartford. Red Wolf will take over operations immediately under a Local Marketing Agreement, the sale is subject to FCC approval and for an undisclosed price.

Red Wolf is owned by local Connecticut broadcaster John Fuller who said, "I am very excited to expand my reach with the Davidson Stations and continue my rollout of being the radio voice of the Hispanic Boom". He stated, that 1 out of every 5 Lexus cars are bought by an Hispanic. "WKKB Latina 100.3 is a superb FM Contemporary Spanish programmed station that covers the state of Rhode Island as well as strong coverage into Fall River and New Bedford, Massachusetts. WSPR "Power 1270 AM" also carries Spanish programming. WACM 1490 AM and WXCT 990 AM play Oldies. Included in the purchase are 5 radio towers and various real estate.

"All of the Davidson stations will be technically enhanced" Fuller noted, "The current Davidson employees will remain in place and will be given an opportunity to join our team when ownership change is approved."

Fuller started his first radio station WJJF at age 21 in Hope Valley, Rhode Island. He owns and operates stations in Hartford including Radio 104.1 WMRQ and Bomba Radio 97.1, 98.5, 99.5 and 104.5 as well as 5 stations in New London, CT including Station Of The Year, Softrock 106.5 WBMW, Jammin 107.7 WWRX, 94.9 News Now WJJF, U.S. Country 99.5 and KOOL 1180 AM WSKP. He is co-owner of Eagle Country 97.5 WTNN a country station in Burlington, Vermont.
