BUCKLEY BROADCASTING DIVESTS KIDD (AM)

Deal with Mt. Wilson FM Broadcasters CLOSED

In a transaction which closed on July 31, KIDD (AM) — Montery, California was sold by Buckley Communications, Inc. to Mt. Wilson FM Broadcasters, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

KIDD (AM) is licensed to operate on 630kHz with 1kw full-time.

Mt. Wilson FM Broadcasters also owns KYZZ (FM), KMZT (FM), and KBOQ (FM) as well as translator K238BK all of which operate within the Montery - Salinas - Santa Cruz market.

Dick Foreman of Richard A. Foreman, Inc. initiated the transaction and served as the exclusive broker in the negotiations.
