TOWER BROADCASTING LLC ACQUIRES

ELMIRA. NEW YORK STATIONS

Deal with Pembrook Pines CLOSED

In a deal which closed today, Tower Broadcasting LLC acquired the Elmira. NY holdings of Pembrook Pines, Elmira Limited for an undisclosed price.

The 4 stations involved arc:

• WEHH (AM) - Elmira
• WELM (AM) - Elmira
• WOKN (FM) - Elmira [Southport]
• WLVY (FM) - Elmira

Also involved in the deal were four translators serving the Elmira market.

Tower Radio LLC is controlled by Gordon Ichikawa, President who has also applied to purchase WVIN-FM and WABH (AM) in Bath, NY.

The seller was Richard A. Foreman, Receiver for Pembrook Pines Elmira, Limited.

The buyers entered into an LMA of the stations, effective August 1, 2014.
