WDKA ACQUISITION CORP / SINCLAIR PROPERTIES EXTEND TBA AMENDMENT

Amendment deal for WDKA-TV Paducah, KY announced

In a transaction which was executed on January 3, 2006, WDKA Acquisition Corp. and Sinclair Properties, LLC executed an amendment to their TBA agreement for WDKA-TV, Channel 49, the WB Affiliate in the Paducah KY/Cape Girardeau, MO/Harrisburg, IL DMA, the 76th TV market in the country.

Dick Foreman of Richard A. Foreman Associates, Inc. initiated the transaction on behalf of WDKA-TV and served as exclusive broker in the deal.
