NASSAU BROADCASTING ACQUIRES THREE VOX RADIO GROUP FM'S

Deal for WOTX/WJYY/WNHI Closes

In a transaction closing today, Nassau Holdings acquired three Concord, NH area FM properties, owned by Vox Radio Group.

In the deal, WOTX (FM) 102.3mHz [Country]; WJYY (FM) 107.1mHz [CHR] and WNHI (FM) [Classic Rock] were acquired from Vox for $9M in cash.

Recently, Nassau has announced several New England transactions in the Portland, Maine, Laconia, New Hampshire and Nashua, New Hampshire areas.

Nassau is headed by Louis Mercatanti, Jr., President while Vox is headed by Bruce Danziger, President and Jeffrey Shapiro, CEO.

Dick Foreman of Richard A. Foreman Associates, Inc. initiated the transaction, serving as exclusive broker in the deal.
